Our Services

Local SEO Melbourne provides SEO and digital marketing services, including local SEO, on-page, off-page and technical SEO, SEO audits, Google Business Profile management and AI search work. The scope, fees and timing of each project are set out in a written quote or agreement.

Quotes and Payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Fees, billing dates and payment terms are set out in your written agreement. Prices are in Australian dollars, and GST applies where the law requires it.

Your Responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, access and approvals when we ask for them
• Make sure you own or have the right to use any content, images and accounts you give us
• Follow the laws and advertising rules that apply to your business or profession

No Guarantee of Rankings

Search engines such as Google control their own results and change their rules often. We use sound SEO methods and report results honestly, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or number of enquiries.

Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of your existing website, brand and content. Unless your agreement says otherwise, you own the content we write for you once you have paid for it. We keep ownership of our own tools, methods and templates.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not copy, scrape or misuse our content, or try to interfere with the site or its security.

Limits on Our Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service.

Termination

Either party can end a service by written notice, as set out in your agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work done up to the end date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current version.
